Ali Nazarian - Founder
Ali grew up around real estate and had a keen interest in development and home building since childhood. He bought his first property in 2016 in Richmond Hill, ON and a year later started his first development project in Lloydminster, AB. He founded EcoLux Developments in 2017. He has over 13 years experience in engineering, project management and risk management which helps him in his journey as a developer.
Ali is passionate about sustainability and conscious capitalism. He strives to utilize latest technologies and building science to improve energy efficiency and comfort in the buildings.
